Install a Perma-Column® precast concrete foundation system using your existing construction methods. Perma-Column® provides lasting support for solid posts, nail-laminated columns, or glue-laminated columns. The precast concrete columns elevate wood out of the ground via a U-shaped steel bracket that is robotically welded to steel reinforcement bars that run the entire length of the precast column.

Perma-Column® uses the latest in SCC precasting technology. We use microfibers to add shock resistance and durability and microsilica to enhance flexural/compressive strength and erosion resistance. A corrosion inhibitor protects the rebar reinforcement from rusting, and a final admixture is added for freeze and thaw protection.
